Supporting Caregivers: In nine years of the Clinician Support Program, African Global Development Initiative Incorporated (AGDI) supported the raising of $499,907 to support the salaries of 27 clinicians at Faith Alive Hospital.
The Faith Alive Clinician Support Program, started in 2013, offers live-able salaries for healthcare providers at the Faith Alive Hospital. These salaries are comparable to those of their peers at other area hospitals. By guaranteeing income for Faith Alive Hospital’s vital providers, AGDI assisted with ensuring that continuous high-quality free medical care is available for all patients in need.
In 2022, AGDI supports the salaries of 10 clinicians including: Ob Gyns, Surgeons, Nurses, a Pediatrician, a Pharmacist and a Data Manager were able to provide consist of services and outreach services to the most marginalized parts of Ghana. As a result of this model program, we are working to provide through all our programs.
